Hey! I just recently got a n80. I thought it would support talks but that doesn't seem to be the case. It's basically the same model as the n70 so that's why I thought it would work with talks. When I try to put elequence on it, the phone displays, not supported. Does any one know anything about this or if and when it will be talks compatible?

Lizzy, the long and short of it is, it will. It's one of those S60 third edition phones, which talks does not yet support. Don't fret though, because it will work soon.

yep. right now, Nuance is getting certification from Nokia for the Talks application. The symbian 3rd edition requires certification for all applications. This should take about two to three weeks. You can then download Talks and install the version for the 3rd edition series 60 phones.

That n 80 is a great wee phone. I was going to buy it the other week but, in a way i'm kinda glad that i didn't buy it. Think i'll just stick with my n70 for now.
